2. Shipping

   In an effort to provide you with the most accurate shipping rates possible, AuthenticSoccer.com presented by Striker Soccer Supply has partnered with the United Parcel Service. UPS's on-line shipping service checks the companies' actual posted rates and reports them based on the weight of each order. Please be aware that AuthenticSoccer.com presented by Striker Soccer Supply's shipping charges vary greatly depending on the items purchased and the method of shipping.

3. Delivery

   Now for the big question - When will my order be delivered? When we receive your order, the AuthenticSoccer.com presented by Striker Soccer Supply shipping department jumps into action to collect, box and ship your order. All orders are shipped shipped the same day and you will receive your order in three to ten business days depending on your location.
   Orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 4 p.m. EST. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 4 p.m. EST will arrive on the following Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 4 p.m. EST and over the weekend will arrive on the following Tuesday. Holidays excluded. 4. Shipment Tracking

   If you have entered your correct billing email address during the order placement, you will be emailed notification of shipment by AuthenticSoccer presented by Striker Soccer Supply. This email will include your order confirmation including a link to view your order. Once you log in to view your order you can see where exactly your package is located.

5. Back-orders

   AuthenticSoccer.com presented by Striker Soccer Supply makes every effort to ensure that the products listed on www.AuthenticSoccer.com presented by Striker Soccer Supply are in stock for every sale. In the event that a product is not available or gets put on back-order, a AuthenticSoccer.com presented by Striker Soccer Supply associate will call to offer you the available options. If you do choose to wait for the requested item to be reordered, your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped.

6. International Shipping

   Once we have confirmed your order and verified the international billing information, orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited unless otherwise stated. Delivery usually occurs within 2-5 business days, but may take longer depending on your country and location. Orders may be subject to import fees, duties and/or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are NOT calculated during the order process but are due upon delivery and are not collected by AuthenticSoccer.com. We recommend contacting the destination country's customs office for further information. Please note that many items may not be shipped outside of the US due to vendor restrictions.

7. Sizing information

   
   Sleeve: With elbow slightly bent, measure from the center of neck (backside), over point of shoulder, around elbow and down to the wrist.
   
   Chest: Holding the tape firm and level, measure around the fullest part of the chest, just under the arms and around the shoulder blades.
   
   Waist: With tape loose but level, measure at the height you prefer to wear your waistband.
   
   Inseam: Using a pair of pants that fit you well, measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg. For shorts, measure from the crotch to where the shorts will end.
   
   Outseam: Measure from top of waistband to the bottom of the cuff.
   
   If you're unsure about your size, use your measurements and compare them to the special sizing information that may accompany an item description.
