What is AuthenticSoccer.com's Return/Exchange Policy?



All the products we sell are selected by players and coaches, thus we truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide. We understand, however, that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons and to make it easier, we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and if sold as a set (i.e. warm-up pant and jacket) it must be returned as a set. Almost all items that have been worn outside (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition, thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs.

Please understand that we cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient" and please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.

There are no returns allowed on customized items, sale items, or videos with opened packaging.

If you are returning a goal or other large field equipment products, please contact us in order to receive a return authorization for shipment of the oversized product.

All returns are subject to approval by a store manager.In order to return an item you must create a return request. Please log-in using the username and password you created when placing your order. Then you must select the Order History menu and click the “details” button on the order needing a return.

Each item purchased will have a corresponding checkbox. Please select the items needing to be returned and click the "return items" button. Upon clicking the “return items” button, the return form will appear. After filing out the form, click the “submit” button.

After the return request has been submitted, you will receive a response within 24 hours.
