All NOCSAE standard shinguards have a height requirement printed on a tag attached to each soccer shin guard. All shinguards have a different size. For example a Size Medium Shinguard for Nike does not necessarily equal the same size for any other Nike shin guard. Furthermore, the size of a soccer shinguard from one brand does not match the size of a shinguard from the next brand.
