Return Policy

What is's Return/Exchange Policy?

All the products we sell are selected by players and coaches, thus we truly believe you will be pleased with the products and services we provide. We understand, however, that occasionally you may have to return something to us for a variety of reasons. To make this easier, we have a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If the item you receive is not right, whatever the reason, return it to us within 30 days and we will promptly refund your money or exchange it for something else.

For a full refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original condition and if sold as a set (i.e. warm-up pant and jacket) it must be returned as a set. Almost all items that have been worn outside (especially shoes) will show signs of wear and will no longer be in original condition, thus it is important to try everything on indoors or we cannot accept or process your return. Apparel needs to be returned with tags, if tags are not attached to said apparel a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the order. Socks which packages have been opened, WILL NOT be able to be returned, please refer to the sizing chart on the sock's package for sizing before opening them. Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be returned upon purchase. If we sent you the wrong item in error, we will, of course, pay the shipping costs.

Due to COVID-19 there are NO RETURNS or CANCELLATIONS on uniform orders.

There are no returns allowed on customized items, sale items, gift cards or videos with opened packaging.

Customers are responsible for shipping returns back to us (remember to keep your shipping receipt and tracking number). Customers are also responsible to ship the items back in the same or similar box/packaging it was delivered to them. Failure to do so will result in a charge of 20% re-stocking fee.

Please understand that we cannot accept COD's or packages marked "Bill Recipient" and please keep the receipt or tracking number of your returned package in the event it is delayed or lost in transit. All refunds will be for merchandise only, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the item was sent in error.

If you are returning a goal or other large field equipment products, please contact us in order to receive a return authorization for shipment of the oversized product.

Any items on CLEARANCE (below 50% off retail price) does not qualify for return. We can only issue an exchange if the product happens to be defective 30 days after the purchase was made.

All returns are subject to approval by a store manager.

How do I initiate a return?

In order to return an item you must create a return request.

If you have an account:

  • Log-in using the username and password you created when placing your order
  • Select "Order History"
  • Click the “details” button on the order needing a return
  • Select the item that needs to be returned
  • Click the "Return Items" button

If you do not have an account:

  • Find you order number and order zip code
  • Go to the view order page
  • Select the item that needs to be returned
  • Click the "Return Items" button.

Upon clicking the “Return Items” button, the return form will appear. After filling out the form, click the “Submit” button.

After the return request has been submitted, you will receive a response within 24 hours.
