Shipping Policy

Due to COVID-19 Longer lead times and delays on orders are expected as the supply chain recovers from the pandemic.

In an effort to provide you with the most accurate shipping rates possible, has partnered with the United Parcel Service and United States Postal Service. UPS and USPS on-line shipping service checks the companies' actual posted rates and reports them based on the weight of each order. Following UPS policies, UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes, for B.O. box deliveries please select USPS for those type of shipment. Please be aware that's shipping charges vary greatly depending on the items purchased and the method of shipping.


Now for the big question - When will my order be delivered? When we receive your order, the's shipping department jumps into action to collect, box and ship your order. All orders without customization are shipped the same day and you will receive your order in three to ten business days depending on your location.

TEAM ORDERS - Unfortunately team orders are potentially taking 2-7 weeks to be completed as the ongoing pandemic has created global supply chain delays from manufacturer to suppliers. We apologize for these delays and we still strive to fulfill our previously stated 2-3 week shipping period but without the stock arriving here on time it is almost impossible. As soon as your order ships you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Orders with any type of customization can take anywhere between 3-5 business days to be completed and shipped regardless of the shipping method. If you have any concerns with a due date you can call us after placing your order to our toll-free number 1-888-335-4625 Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM EST.

Orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 2 p.m. EST. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 2 p.m. EST will arrive on the following Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 2 p.m. EST and over the weekend will arrive on the following Tuesday. Holidays excluded. Shipment Tracking

If you have entered your correct billing email address during the order placement, you will be emailed notification of shipment by This email will include your order confirmation including a link to view your order. Once you log in to view your order you can see where exactly your package is located.

Back-orders makes every effort to ensure that the products listed on are in stock for every sale. In the event that a product is not available or gets put on back-order, an associate will call to offer you the available options. If you do choose to wait for the requested item to be reordered, your credit card will not be charged until the item is shipped.

International Shipping

Once we have confirmed your order and verified the international billing information, orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited unless otherwise stated. Delivery usually occurs within 2-5 business days, but may take longer depending on your country and location. Orders may be subject to import fees, duties and/or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are NOT calculated during the order process but are due upon delivery and are not collected by Buyers are NOT allowed to ask sellers to produce fake customs declarations or request that an item be marked as a "gift" to avoid customs fees. We recommend contacting the destination country's customs office for further information. Please note that many items may not be shipped outside of the US due to vendor restrictions.
